See several generations of skaters engage in a friendly competition as part of Sega's 'Sonic Generations of Skate' event.

Earlier in the month we reported that Sega had organised a rather unusual promotional event to mark the impending launch of Sonic Generations - a skating competition. The event, named 'Sonic Generations of Skate', brought together pro skaters from different generations and got them to engage in some friendly competition on Venice Beach, California.

Sega has now released some footage from the event, which took place during the weekend, that shows skaters such as Tony Hawk, Elliot Sloan, Adam Taylor and much more talking about skating and, of course, doing some actual skating. There is even a special appearance from the speedy blue hedgehog himself right at the end so be sure to keep your eye out for him! The footage is due to be shown next month on the North American Fox Sports station.
