Nintendo reminds us that Skyward Sword really wasn't the last big Wii release...

Despite having just released the superlative Skyward Sword, Nintendo is still bringing the goods to Wii well into next year. One of the key upcoming titles is The Last Story - the latest high-budget RPG from Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi, co-developed with the Big N.

Like with Pandora's Tower, the debut European trailer for the game is largely the same as the initial Japanese tease, albeit with a reminder that the game is heading to our shores next year.

Savvy viewers will notice that this European promo removes all Japanese voices heard in the original trailer. We get the first taste of the localised voice track at the end with the humming, but the removal of all Japanese voices suggests we might not get the original track alongside the English version, a la Xenoblade Chronicles, though obviously nothing is confirmed.

The Last Story is set to hit Europe early next year.
