Europe and the US have finally been united as one thanks to this new Monster Hunter update which will allow people from any region to hunt together. This only applies to the Wii U version of the game as, sadly, the 3DS version doesn't boast online play. 

Another added function (and one gamers were hoping for from launch) is the ability to play the game using only the Wii U GamePad, so now you don't even need to get out of bed to slay those hordes of endless beasts!
