Vol. 12 of Nintendo "Ask the Developer" inteview series is now live, focusing on Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club.

Developers Yoshio Sakamoto and Kaori Miyachi anaser questions about the original two Femicom Detective club games, the remakes (both the Super Famicom Remake of II and the new Switch remakes) and, of course, the brand new Famicom Detective Club game which is out today.

One unfortuate omission is the lack of any mention of BS Detective Club: Lost Memories in the Snow, which was broadcase via the Super Famicom's download system called the Satellaview. It's a lost part of Nintendo's hisory that would have been nice to see talked about.
