New releases and eShop discounts (week 28)

The 38th week of 2020 is a good one for the Nintendo eShop, with plenty of new titles in a variety of genres. Fans of retro 2D action can pick up the sequel Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2, a title that will surely appeal to Castlevania fans. Meanwhile CrossCode mixes 2D action with RPG elements.
SEGA's praised title Catherine is making it onto the Switch. The remastered version called Catherine: Full Body lets you date Catherine, Katherine and Rin on the go. If you prefer to mix relation building with farming STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town may be the game for you.
Finally a new promotion has started, called the Double Gold Points Fest. You can read the press statement below, and you will also find the full list of new games under the highlights.
Double Gold Points Fest
Enjoy a summer surprise with the Double Gold Points Fest, now running on Nintendo eShop! From now until 12th August, users can earn up to 10% of their money back as Gold Points*, when they purchase selected Nintendo Switch titles from Nintendo eShop.Every Thursday until 30/07, three new games will be added that will grant double Gold Points**, so make sure to check back often to see what’s on offer. All games listed in the table below will grant double Gold Points, so long as they are purchased before the offer ends on 12th August.
