A brand new trailer for Xenoblade Chronicles X graced our screens in today's Nintendo Direct. Check it out below.

The follow-up to the superb Xenoblade Chronicles, the game gives us the vast, sprawling landscapes and beautiful landmarks that we have come to expect from Monolith Soft. There'll also be a character customisation element, and plenty of over-the-top melodrama to tie everything together, naturally.

Its predecessor has been confirmed to be getting its re-release on New Nintendo 3DS in early April, but we're still no wiser on a launch window for Xenoblade Chronicles X.
