News: 3DS Continues Japanese Dominance

Super Mario 3D Land takes a drop, but 3DS hardware comfortably out-sells all other systems combined...
The Japanese chart for the week of November 7th to November 13th is out, and it's business as usual in the hardware war. 3DS continues to look like the lucrative system to watch going into the holidays, just like its predecessor.
On the software side of things, it was rival platforms that showed the stronger hand, with a few big releases pushing Mario off the top spot. Super Mario 3D Land continues to go strongly, though. Its second-week drop is about in-line with previous 3D Mario adventures, but with Christmas fast-approaching, and the 3DS install base set to grow rapidly, it should easily out-do the million-selling Galaxy games.
As usual, non-new releases have life-to-date sales in brackets.
