Nintendo have announced that they will bring a series of events to locations around the world to let gamers get their hands on the 3DS before it is released.

The 3DS' biggest selling point, 3D graphics without the glasses, is also its most difficult aspect to market through traditional mediums. To combat this Nintendo are planning on letting the public get their hands, and eyes, on the upcoming handheld before it is released.

So far Nintendo have only announced intentions to showcase it at Makuhari Messe, just outside Tokyo, between January 8th and 10th 2011. However, they did state that they will be bringing it around the world to ensure people could give the handheld a try.
