Tesco and Currys undercut the rest, with a couple of tantalizing sub-180 offers...
With the 3DS set to launch across Europe in less than 24 hours, some UK retailers are still trying hard to undercut rivals and offer the system for the lowest price possible.
First, MCV are reporting that at least two branches of Currys - London's Oxford Street branch and Birmingham's main store - will be opening their doors tonight for a midnight launch, and the first 150 people in line will be charged a mere 179 for the handheld. If there's a Currys near to you, it's well worth checking out today whether the same deal applies to your area.
Perhaps more notable though, is the news that supermarket Tesco will be offering the 3DS for an astonishing 175, though you'll have to also pick up a 3DS game. Again, Tesco will be offering this crazy deal from midnight tonight, and we don't expect stocks to last very soon.
