Nintendo are heavily prepared for Japanese launch.

Nintendo have announced tha 400,000 Wii units will be available in time for the Japan launch. The console will go on sale on 2nd December and may even attract gamers who were 'unfortunate' not to purchase a PS3 system at launch.

It has also been revealed that Nintendo's share prices were at an all-time high yesterday, reaching 26,770 Yen (177 Euro).

While Sony have been entangled in the Playstation 3 launch fiasco, this could be an important time for Nintendo to really strike a note in Japan
