News: Activision Buys Budcat Creations

Activision Publishing acquired Wii and DS developer Budcat Creations.

Budcat Creations, responsible for Blast Works: Build, Fuse & Destroy for the Wii, Nacho Libre for the DS and involved in the development of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith and Guitar Hero World Tour is, as of today, officially a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Publishing.
