Nintendo of America has announced two new colourful DSi units that will be released this week.

Nintendo has a long history of releasing their handheld consoles in a variety of colours and the DSi is no different. This Friday American gamers will be able to pick up an orange or green DSi, both of which come bundled with Mario Party DS.

It seems that Nintendo are keen to target holiday shoppers by introducing it during the biggest day in the American retail calendar: Black Friday. Hopefully Europeans will soon be able to join in and get their hands on colourful consoles.
