Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City and Nintendo's new voice chat peripheral will be out on December 5th in Europe.

Having received release dates in all territories but Europe, Nintendo have finally confirmed that our hallowed continent shall be seeing Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City (neé City Folk) and Wii Speak on December 5th.

The latest installment in the ultimate relaxation life sim franchise takes advantage of the long-awaited Wii Speak peripheral, allowing voice chat for up to four people over Wi-Fi Connection. Motion-controlled fishing, brand new and free downloadable content, lots of WiiConnect24 features and a vast city with many shops (including an online auction house) should be enough to keep Wii gamers busy over Christmas and into the next millenium.

Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City and Wii Speak will be available separately, or you can buy a bundle and (presumably) get a nice little discount.
