A company named Lonestar Inventions tries it luck at sueing the Big N over the Wii...
Lonestar Inventions is a Texas-based company holds a patent for a "high capacitance structure in a semiconductor device", issued in 1993, which protects a method of utilising layers of conducting strips in parallel plate capacitors to raise their effectiveness.
Apparently, Lonestar are not happy with Nintendo with the Wii, and are the latest in a line of companies they are suing over the device. Nintendo has declined to comment on this news due to it being a legal matter.
In the (admittedly very unlikely) event Lonestar are successful, we'll let you know.
