This years ECTS, staged from 29 � 31 August, is set to be a cracker. With big names in the gaming industry such as Konami, Ubi Soft, Capcom, THQ and Activision already confirming that they'll have some big titles on show, the event won't dissapoint the thousands of people expected to attend the event.

Over 100 companies have signed for the event, and there is still 7 weeks to go. Event Director Andy Lane commented: "This is rapidly turning into a very exciting event indeed, with some of the biggest names in the business taking part in both parts of the show. We're working hard to ensure that there will be a massive media presence to witness the huge amount of promotional activity that is being planned throughout the show."

During the three days of the show, around 20 000 trade visitors, 3 000 press journalists are expected to attend, as well as tens of thousands of consumers.

All you Londoners out there had best make your way to the event. Starting on the 29h, and finsihing on the 31st August 2002, this is one show you won't want to miss!
