The BIT. TRIP compilation title is to be released as a Wii retail disc.

The BIT. TRIP series was originally released on WiiWare over a number of years but now a compilation of all the titles, BIT. TRIP SAGA, is being released as a retail disc. The game has previously been confirmed for the Nintendo 3DS but now Nintendo World Report claim it is coming to the Wii as well.

BIT. TRIP SAGA will feature all six of the original titles alongside some special features exclusive to the Wii retail version. These special features include an art gallery, video gallery and audio gallery and an introduction from creator Alex Neuse. In addition to this each game will feature 20 new challenge levels that are set to be very challenging.

Both the Wii and 3DS versions of BIT. TRIP SAGA are due out later this year but of course the original titles can be downloaded from the WiiWare service..
