Gaijin Games blows the lid off the third title in the crazy Bit.Trip series...

There have already been a few new updates on the WiiWare front today, but more goodness has just come in. Today saw the official unveiling of Bit.Trip Void, the follow-up to cult WiiWare hits Bit.Trip Beat and Bit.Trip Core.

Once again, Gaijin have created a title that screams funkydelic, but remains a difficult concept to describe on paper. You'll have to watch the game in gorgeous retro action to see what all the fuss is about.

Bit.Trip Void features up to four player local co-op and supports Nunchuck and Classic Controller input methods. Also new this time around are mid-level checkpoints to appease those who found the famously hard-as-nails difficulty of previous Bit.Trip games a little too much to bear.

Bit.Trip Void is scheduled to hit WiiWare this Autumn.
