You may know that BMX XXX was originally supposed to be Dave Mirra BMX 3, but after seeing the content, the BMX star ordered them to remove his name from it, not wanting to be associated with the XXX nature of the game.

It now appears that Acclaim have been using his name to advertise the game, even though Mirra is said to have asked them to stop. It has resulted in a lawsuit being filed against Acclaim, who are in a bad way anyway, with recent job losses. Be sure to click here for more information.
