News: Bplus Bringing Vektor Tank To Wii

The brains behind Plttchen and Niki for WiiWare are back with a new old-school title for the Wii!
Fledgeling Viennese developer Bplus has been one of the strongest supporters of the WiiWare format, and has succeeded in showing others just what can be accomplished with a small team, a low budget, and a magic pot cooking up some cracking ideas.
However, it appears that Bplus are now straying away from WiiWare and into Wii retail territory, as the team announces the development of Vektor Tank.
As can be seen in the teaser trailer below, Vektor Tank delves into a chunk of gaming history and utilises a graphical engine which harks back to the days of the Super FX chip for the SNES. Bplus cites the original Starwing, Stunt Race FX and Vortex as the inspiration for the art design, which is said to be looking "very polished" on the Wii.
Bplus have confirmed that multiplayer Battle Modes and a 2-player co-op mode will also be present in the game.
Further details are yet to be released, but Bplus are currently looking for a publisher to release Vektor Tank at retail. Plttchen - twist 'n' paint and Niki - Rock 'n' Ball are out now in the US and PAL regions for WiiWare.
