Just as we thought a big name was backing the Cube with mighty welly, we realise it is not so clear cut.

Capcom have admitted that four of their five Cube 'exclusive' titles, Viewtiful Joe, PN03, Dead Phoenix and Killer Seven are not necessarily exclusive after all. The blunder has taken all this time to rectify - after 'translation' mistakes were made between the two western branches of Capcom.

Without a clear confirmation that the killer four will definitely hit other consoles, Capcom is evidently covering its tracks. A hefty lawsuit from best buddy Nintendo is no longer a possibility.

Excuses, excuses. Why has it taken Capcom so long to reveal the truth? The only good news from their burnt lips is that Resident Evil 4 will remain exclusive. Well at least we'll receive this roster of epics first. Maybe.
