Capcom may include Wii MotionPlus in more titles than you think...

Christian Svensson, (Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning and Business Devlopment at Capcom Europe) has hinted that Wii MotionPlus could support more Capcom titles than we may initially have thought.

“I can’t speak for Japan’s teams (I haven’t spoken with Takeuchi or Inafune about it), but at CEI, we are eagerly awaiting access to the SDK to see what it’s like to work with. We have a couple of projects we’re contemplating some sort of support if it makes sense as a supplemental control mechanism.”

No doubt Capcom will be developing motion plus titles alongside other developers, but the option for "forward compatability" of sorts is definately a great thing for both gamers and any future software.
