Capcom have been reorganizing their company for a few years and the latest change involves a new studio.

Capcom recently closed down some Japanese studios but has is planning on opening an Osaka based subsidiary.

The new studio, named Clover Studio, will have Atsushi Inaba as it's head. Inaba-San produced Viewtiful Joe and is currently over-seeing many other projects.

Clover Studio will be owned in whole by Capcom and will be established on July 1st.
