Capcom has announced some favourable finances.
Capcom, creator of Street Fighter and the developer of the recently-excellent Legend Of Zelda: The Minish Cap, has announced some encouraging financial figures.
The first half of its financial year -ending September 30th, saw a year on year rise in net sales of 27%, a figure of 212 million Euros.
These positive sales figures have principally been attributed to strategic position of the Megaman franchise in conjunction with the Japanese TV series based on the crazy little blue guy. Furthermore, Capcom also mooted the Resident Evil "Outbreak" franchise as a big money spinner -particularly in the US. Perhaps this is part of the reason Capcom have decided to port Resident Evil 4 to the Playstation 2, after all, money makes the world go round.
