Some new details about the Wii version of Captain America: Super Soldier have emerged.
Captain America: Super Soldier was announced back in October but new details have emerged about the Wii version of this title. Previously it was believed that Next Level (Punch-Out) were developing this game but the Wii version is being developed by High Voltage (The Conduit).
The title will not be a 360/PS3 port and will be built specifically for the Wii. The game will feature over-the-top cartoon graphics and be focused on Wii Remote gameplay according to information Nintendo Everything obtained from Nintendo Power.
While playing the game you must aim the Wii Remote at your target and can tap a button to throw Captain America's signature weapon. The C button also allows you to slow down time when it is held during which he can paint numerous targets at once. After you release the button your shield is thrown automatically at the targets, which stuns them or knows them down.
If you find yourself under attack from a machine gun Captain America can hide behind his shield and then re-direct the bullets back to the enemy. The game is due out next year so expect more details soon.
