News: Carnival Games Announced For Wii

The first new announcement from the Nintendo Media Summit...
The Nintendo Media Summit is currently happening in Seattle, and the first new game has been announced. Due this summer in the US is Carnival Games.
It's another minigame affair, allowing you to play 25 carnival sames such as Clown Splash, Milk Can Toss, Nerves of Steel, Lucky Cups, Hoops, Day at the Races and Dunk Tank. It will utilize the Wii Remote for it's minigames.
You can win over 250 upgradeable virtual prizes, from a goldfish to giant teddy bears.Additionally, you can win rewards to customize your in-game characters, ranging from a Pirate's wardrobe to Viking horns. Of course, the game also includes a fortune teller.
The game, developed by 2k Games, and is due for release in the US this summer for $40. Then again, after Rayman, Wario Ware, Wii Play; and the upcoming Mario Party 8 and EA Playground, will anyone really be that bothered?
