News: Could Zelda Wii Use The Vitality Sensor?

Could there be a slight chance of the next upcoming Wii peripheral being used in Zelda?

Although absolutely nothing has been confirmed regarding this, Shigeru Miyamoto mentioned the possibilities that the upcoming Wii Vitality Sensor could offer for the next iteration of the Legend of Zelda series. Although the peripheral is still to be properly unveileved with its uses and supporting titles, it didn't stop Miyamoto from dropping an idea.

Miyamoto said that, "it is also fun to think of ways in which we might apply that new technology to exisiting [sic] forms of gameplay". He then moved directly onto the upcoming Legend of Zelda Wii title and how it could be used. One such example was "...to incorporate the Vitality Sensor into Zelda so that as you become more scared, the enemies become even tougher."

Perhaps another feature the sensor could offer would be the ability to sense a gamers frustration over a game not being too hardcore or difficult enough and change the difficulty accordingly! How do you want to play your games with the sensor? Leave us your thoughts below!
