Watch Japanese kids get their groove on to Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix in this new trailer for the game.

Stages in the game include Luigi's Mansion and Super Mario Sunshine themed levels, as well as ice and fire themed worlds.

Music available in the Japanese version ranges from Japanese Pop and Rock to remixes of classic Nintendo themes, although the Japanese tracks will be replaced in the Western versions.

The game will feature a story-mode where players will have to dance their way through stages to progress the storyline, which will feature tons of familiar faces from the Mushroom Kingdom. Also included will be plenty of mini-games.
