The website for Deep Labyrinth is now online. An action-RPG presented in first-person 3D, Deep Labyrinth for the Nintendo DS is an extension of a release orignally planned only for mobile platforms. The game utilizes the touch screen in combat and for spell casting, while the dual screens allow for constant map display. Developed by Interactive Brains, the game was released this March in Japan. The website features some nice music and downloadables such as gameplay movies, desktop wallpapers and even buddy icons. A final note of interest, the Deep Labyrinth design team includes alumni from Chrono Trigger...including the scenario designer Masato Kato and music composer Yasunori Mitsuda.

This intriguing title will be released in the US by Atlus mid-August. Plans for a European release have yet to be announced.
