Games Designers Studio are the Square affliate under which games for Nintendo systems will be released. Heading this company is Akiyoshi Kawazu, who previously worked on early Final Fantasy games. From a number of sites, I have gathered infomation on Square releases for this year.

It seems Games Designers Studio will be releasing three or four games for the GBA and Gamecube. One of these games will be a Gamecube/GBA link-up game, most likely the heavily rumoured Final Fantasy Unlimited. One game to be released on the GBA will be a port of Final Fantasy Tactics.

That makes three games so there may be still another title in development. What could it be? A port of FF10? A whole new Final Fantasy? Naturally, we'll keep you posted.
