Everyone loves to sing along to classic Disney songs and now with Disney Sing It: Family Hits your renditions can be rated.

Disney Interactive Studios have released a number of Disney Sing It titles over the last few years but they focused on their live action film series. However, they have just announced that they will be bringing out a new title focused on their popular animated films.

Disney Sing It: Family Hits will feature songs from a wide variety of Disney and Disney Pixar films including; 'Cinderella', 'Sleeping Beauty', 'Mary Poppins', 'The Jungle Book', 'Toy Story', 'Cars', 'The Lion King', 'Aladdin', 'The Little Mermaid', 'The Princess and The Frog'. Each song will feature video montages and clips from the original films during the karaoke performances.

"The Disney Sing It franchise has produced a passionate fan base, and they've expressed a big demand for songs from Disney's timeless movies," said Craig Relyea, senior vice president of global marketing, Disney Interactive Studios. "Now, music fans of all ages will be able to enjoy Disney Sing It: Family Hits, both as an engaging karaoke performance game as well as perfect entertainment for family fun."

As with most karaoke titles the game will allow for competitive play, of up to 8 players, and an 'Encore Mode' to relive the magic of your own performances, or possibly create some 'family hits' of your own depending on how well received they are. The title will also feature a tutorial mode hosted by Anika Noni Rose who voiced Tiana in 'The Princess and the Frog'. The game is due out in the summer and will no doubt be popular with kids and parents with a nostalgic longing for their own childhood.
