Nintendo DS passes it's biggest milestone yet, becoming the highest-selling console ever in the UK...

After launching less than five years ago (March 2005), Nintendo DS has already usurped the UK's best-selling console.

According to the latest news from Chart-Track, Nintendo DS passed the 10.05 million mark on week 27 of 2009. That overtook PS2's previous UK record of 10.02 million units. Considering the PS2 launched in 2000, that's a pretty impressive feat from Nintendo's handheld.

Is there anybody out there who doesn't own a DS?
