Nortec Multimedia shows off the DS in the Money Show 2004. Head inside now...

Nortec Multimedia had its' own kiosk at the Money Show 2004 that was held in the 11th and the 12th of December, in the Hilton hotel in Athens. At the Money Show, many well-known and respective companies gave the present and among them, other than Nintendo, were companies like Logic DIS, AMD, Alpha Bank, Lufthansa, Aegean Airlines and Cosmote. For those of you who don't know, Nortec Multimedia is the official importer and distributor of Nintendo products here in Greece.

The kiosk of Nortec Multimedia was exactly in the entry of the show floor with an enormous Nintendo DS poster and an 60 inches plasma monitor, playing scenes from all the latest GameCube games of the company. Off course there were stands with the clasic GameBoy Advance.

So what's the big deal, you'll ask. Well for the first time in Greece, the Nintendo DS was shown to the public four months before the official European launch of the console. Visitors had the opportunity to touch and play some games, with the most anticipated handheld console in the world. I can't wait for the European launch of the console, but I can assure you that Touching is Good...
