The DSi XL will soon be coming in a range of vibrant colours.

Nintendo will soon introduce a range of three new colours for the DSi XL to join the existing wine red and dark brown colours. As of October 8th gamers can get their hands on a yellow, green or blue DSi XL.

The DSi XLs will come pre-loaded with the Nintendo DS Web Browser, Dictionary 6-in-1 and A Little Bit of Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: Arts Edition. While the DSi XL has been stated by some to be for the elderly generation, due to the larger size and screen, it seems Nintendo is targeting the younger market with these more vibrant colours.

“The latest iterations of the Nintendo DSi XL will offer the same functionality as the wine red and dark brown consoles; featuring the same glossy sheen on top, matt finish on the underside that provides extra grip, bigger screens and wider viewing angle."
