Mysterious information posted on Nintendo's website points to a possible DSi Speak Channel in the works...

The Wii Speak peripheral has been out for some time now, allowing gamers to chat via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection both in games such as Animal Crossing and The Conduit as well outside of games using the Wii Speak Channel. But could new information found on Nintendo's own website now point to a version of the Channel for the DSi?

This, from Nintendo's official customer support website:

Error Code: 206602 Nintendo DSi Shop - Nintendo Points Card or Nintendo DSi Download Ticket Error

[...] "To redeem a Nintendo DSi Download Ticket number, such as for the Nintendo DSi Speak Channel, enter the number off the Nintendo DSi Download Ticket in "Settings and Features" off of the main Nintendo DSi Shop page, then select "Nintendo DSi Download Ticket."
