EA have announced that their popular Skate title will kickflip it's way to both Wii and DS.

That's right, In a recent interview with IGN, EA have revealed that they are hard at work on a DS and Wii version of their break-through skateboarding title Skate.

Even better is the news that the Wii version will support the balance board peripheral utilising it in currently unconfirmed ways. The title will also run in widescreen and 480p and include wifi aspects. Early screenshots of the title also certainly bode well for the title's future.

The DS version also looks excellent with a gritty realsitic vibe to it and the title will also include extensive single player modes and in-depth wifi options.
