EA presents us with a different take on the Boxing genre.

EA Canada is developing FaceBreaker for Wii, a boxing game that deviates from the serious tone seen in Fight Night and adds some comedy to the sport. The game features cartoony looking fictional characters like the Latin Romeo and the Russian Molotov, literally breaking each other's faces thanks to what EA calls "real-time facial deformation".

The game is headed for Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360, but no specifics are known about the Wii version. Stay tuned for more news on the title as it breaks.
