New details on NBA Live, Madden and Tiger Woods 08...

EA have revealed some new details on some of their Wii EA Sports 08 titles.

All 4 of their titles NBA Live, Madden NFL, Tiger Woods and FIFA will make use of Miis for player icons and a Wii-exclusive minigame mode. The amount of minigames in each game varies - we know that FIFA only has 3 minigames, and Madden has over 20. All games will also have full database and progression charts for each player.

EA have also announced that there will be an extra "Family" control method for Madden and NBA Live, which will use just the remote itself. Details on how these controls will work has not been revealed, and neither has the control method for NBA Live.

FIFA, Madden and NBA Live will all have similar online modes (Tiger Woods for the Wii will not have online play). Roasters will be updated, and the games will include both 1v1 and 2v2 modes, and will use EA's online system.

Tiger Woods's controls have been rebuilt, and it will contain 50 greens. Madden will include all the classic modes and also have a new club management mode called Front Office Mode.
