It turns out that Earthbound 3 is not being made for the Nintendo DS, as rumoured by some, but rather the Game Boy Advance.

The latest issue of Nintendo Dream has confirmed that Earthbound 3 will not be on the Nintendo DS. Instead it appears that it will be released on the Game Boy Advance.

Unfortunately there are currently no plans to release the title outside of Japan.
