Don't point that stylus at Barbara!

Sega's zombie onslaught is continuing on the DS with the confirmation of a new English training/zombie-murdering hybrid installment in the House of the Dead series, entitled English of the Dead.

The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that English of the Dead is a port of House of the Dead 2, with added educational modes. The goal of the game is to kill off all the zombies by translating their written undead babbling from Japanese into English, or by deciphering their grisly audio from English into Japanese. Boss battles require both English-Japanese and Japanese-English battling in order to annihilate the beasties.

The chances of this seeing the light of day in the West are about the same as Kaz Hirai deciding to go space-hopping around the world in a Mario costume. Here is the Famitsu scan of the game's confirmation:
