News: Eternity&#39s Child To Feature Level Editor

Eternity's Child is set to receive an unexpected yet welcome new addition to the game: a level editor.

Whilst Eternity's Child may no longer be Wii exclusive, Luc Bernard is still putting everything he's got into the WiiWare version of the game. In his latest blog update, Luc has revealed that he's now working on a level editor for the intruiging little platformer.

The editor has been included in the unlikely case that gamers don't like the levels which are actually in the game, and users will be able to share the new maps via WiiConnect24 or the powers of the internet. Speaking to N-Europe, Luc had the following to say about the level editor in Eternity's Child:

"Well the level editor is basically going to allow players the same functions that I have had to create the levels, so they can do anything; spawn enemies everywhere, platforms etc... or even write curse words. And then I'll create a website where people can upload their levels and people can vote for which ones they prefer. They will probably do better levels than me."

Eternity's Child is set for a release at some point in 2008, with a bargain pricepoint of 500 Wii Points.
