Rumours of US exclusivity have been grossly over-exaggerated as the EU version of Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call will also include the RPG 'London Life'.

Nintendo of America announced that the North American version of the upcoming Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call would feature the unlockable RPG 'London Life', as it did in Japan, that sees you create your own character and interact with characters from the series. Over the last few days rumours have circulated that it would be exclusive to North America (and Japan) but it turns out they are false.

Nintendo of Europe has been contacted by ONM about the issue and they confirm that the RPG will be featured in the European version of Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call, due out in November. More information about the RPG element can be found in one of our previous reports.

Update: Nintendo of Europe must have been at the idiot stick again, as now ONM has stated that Nintendo UK "currently have no plans" to include London Life with Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call. There are no words.
