News: European Release Dates

We have got some new info on the European release dates. Doshin has been delayed...

Doshin the Giant, which was going to be released in September, has been pushed back to October this year. I know that this does not make you gamers happy, but maybe the following does...

Super Mario Sunshine will be released on the 4th of October, only one month after the American release. Did it make you happier? It worked for me.

Here is the list of release dates you should log in your agenda:

September 6th --Turok Evolution
September 13th -- Resident Evil
September 20th -- Doshin The Giant
October 4th -- Mario Sunshine
October 24th -- Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2
November 1st -- Eternal Darkness
November 8th -- Die Hard Vendetta
November 22nd -- Starfox Adventures
November 29th -- Mario Party 4
November 30th -- Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4
December 6th -- Wario World

And some hardware dates:

November 22nd -- Wavebird
September 20th -- Memory Card 251

Of course many other games will be released during those months. Check out our Release Dates section to see what other games will be released this year.

David Gosen sums things up by saying: "The Nintendo GameCube offers the most exciting range of games in the run up to Christmas. Super Mario Sunshine, Eternal Darkness and Resident Evil will lead our heavyweight schedule of exclusive releases that fans have been waiting for. With over 100 games by christmas, including Turok Evolution, our great line-up of games that people want to play will continue to make the Nintendo gameCube a great success."

I am glad Nintendo finally announced the exact dates. Prevents a lot of rumours from popping up on the internet. October 4th.. yes!
