Announced out of nowhere Excitebots: Trick Racing is set to give us all the ballistic action Excite Truck did and then some. Monster Games has returned to give Wii players another rejigging of the racing formula - this time you'll be driving transformable, anthropic robots and completing numerous wacky challenges in order to score points.

The new trailer shows just a sliver of the bizarre features on offer.

Excitebots is due out in America later this month. No Europan date has been set yet.
