The poster has a lot of detail, all in Japanese. However it seems that you can customize your vehicle with different parts. This possible option could supply endless amounts of vehicle combinations and bring a whole new factor to the GameCube game.

Update

A United States subsidiary confirmed some details rumoured from the above picture. They stated this,
"When you use a Memory Card with F-Zero Arcade, you can transfer new pilots or machine parts that you can use for customization on your Nintendo GameCube. You can even race your home-built machine in the arcade."

Nintendo also stated that the game boasts 30 pilots and 20 courses.
