News: F-Zero Speeding Into Europe

But only this press release for now.

Strap yourselves in and brace for impact as F-Zero GX is coming soon on NINTENDO GAMECUBE. Due to be released in Europe on 31st October 2003, F-Zero GX is an astounding title brought to life by Nintendo & Sega subsidiary Amusement Vision.

F-Zero first appeared on the Super NES in 1990 and has since established a radical following. The release of F-Zero X in 1998 for N64 doubled the pace and had fans screaming for even more of the lightning fast racing action.

F-Zero GX features incredible visuals and landscapes that fly past at breakneck speeds brought to life by the technical excellence of the NINTENDO GAMECUBE. Choose from a number of driving favourites Captain Falcon, Pilot Pico, Samurai Goroh and many more!

There are several challenging and unpredictable courses to be conquered in F-Zero GX. From the darkly lit Mute City to the techno industrial heights of Port Town, each course is a beautifully realised world of twists and loops that assault the senses and quicken the pulse.

Speeds in excess of 2000km/hour will test even the most hardened of players and there are a number of gameplay features to make the crafts even faster dash plates, boosters and pit areas are all accessible to push the ships to their absolute limits, and beyond.

With up to 30 ships appearing on the screen at one time, F-Zero GX is perfectly suited for multiplayer mayhem. Up to four players can compete in split screen racing nirvana to find out who has the nerves of steel and who just went into that wall...

F-Zero GX will be available across Europe on 31st October 2003 for around 60 Euros.

Blink and you'll miss it!
