Electronic Arts have confirmed that F1 Career Challenge originally planned for PC, PS2, Xbox, and GameCube has been cancelled in the U.S for the latter two systems. The game will still be released on the PC and PlayStation 2 though.

In Europe though F1 Career Challenge is still slated for a release on all four consoles.

The reason for the cancellation is because EA doesn't consider Formula One racing popular enough in America as it is in other parts of the world.
