It has recently been announced that Factor 5 have two projects at the moment but no details were given.

Julian Eggebrecht, Factor 5's president, had this to say:
"We always have several projects in development. If any of those titles come to fruition, that's another story."

He also added a "no comment" when asked if any of the projects were for the Gamecube. The company is best known for Star Wars Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron 2 and said that any news on these titles will be "Soon. Very soon. Definitely before E3. It really depends on our publishers, but they wouldn't appreciate it if I give you any more details."
