EA Sports announce the international mix of tracks you'll be listening to this autumn when Fifa Football 2006 launches!

EA Sports have revealed there will be 39 songs in the game, all from a long list of countries around the world. Selected for their up-beat tempo and allegedly their ability to "propel the player towards victory", the game boasts tracks from Oasis, Jamiroquai, R�yksopp (Norway), Carlinhos Brown (Brazil), Subsonica (Italy), Boy (Canada), Kinky (Mexico) and Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley (Jamaica) among others.

This year, Fifa Football 2006 will bring the TOTAL FOOTBALL experience to your fingertips, delivering a combination of attacking gameplay, complete customisation, pure authenticity and the deepest manger mode ever. Intuitive gameplay enables you to command every move of your player with pinpoint accuracy. Passing, shooting and tackling is now more responsive than ever and enables you to trap, shield and dribble like a world-class football player.

"Spain, Germany, Brazil, Canada, Jamaica, France and the UK � these are just a few of the countries represented on the FIFA 06 soundtrack," said Steve Schnur, Worldwide Executive of Music and Music Marketing at EA. "There is no sport more global than football. The FIFA 06 soundtrack encapsulates the passion and pride of each country, their clubs and the music that defines it all."
