Kirby's newest Wii platformer is kept off the top spot by the latest PSP blockbuster in Japan...
The latest Media Create charts from Japan are out (via Andriasang), and it's business as usual in the hardware war, with 3DS far and away the best selling system once again.
And as usual, it manages the task without any real presence in the software chart. It was down to the highly-anticipated Final Fantasy Type-0 to top the table, with Nintendo only managing second with its latest Kirby adventure on Wii. That title is set to launch in Europe on November 25th as, rather imaginatively, Kirby's Adventure Wii.
Here's the software chart for October 24th to the 30th, along with life-to-date figures.

3DS hardware sales were down slightly from the previous week: no new colours to give the handheld a boost this time around. However, it remained well clear of any other console. Last week's figures are in parentheses.
1. 3DS: 65,041 (73,933)
2. PSP: 30,605 (22,095)
3. PS3: 25,217 (23,897)
4. Wii: 11,784 (11,235)
5. DSi LL: 2,009 (2,005)
6. X360: 1,704 (1,620)
7. PS2: 1,228 (1,296)
8. DSi: 1,061 (1,293)
9. DS Lite: 55 (36)
Next week should be very interesting to observe. After not doing much in the software chart, 3DS gets its first big behemoth in Super Mario 3D Land. The Ice White edition of the system also launches. Many expect 100,000+ sales of the handheld starting from next week.
