Nintendo unleash a Japanese website, finally showing the DS version in full flow!

Announced in October 2007, the first Fire Emblem title for the Nintendo DS is a remake of the first game, (Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryū to Hikari no Ken). It's worth noting that the DS outing will be the first Fire Emblem game to feature any online elements.

Having heard very little about the title up until now, today the Japanese site for Fire Emblem DS has finally opened. Featuring a treasure trove of all things Fire Emblem, there are screens, videos, new character artwork by Masamune Shirow and much more. Head on over to the official site to start salivating at what is sure to be a DS classic!

Now the big question is, will this remade and enhanced Japanese Famicom hit actually head to our humble continent?
